The HeartMath Institute has indicated that the electromagnetic or the auric field of our body is prepared six seconds into the future for the experience we are going to then witness with our eyes and conceive with our mind. The human design system is built around trusting this org field and to trust it so much so that we use it as part of our decision-making strategy. The body is scanning for future events. The body's consciousness already knows six seconds before the mind as to what is about to take place.

The creator of human design Ra Uru Hu, was way ahead of his time when he introduced the human design system onto the planet in 1987. He gave us the simple tools of Strategy and Authority. The Strategy is connected to the auric field and the authority is your own GPS. Using Strategy and Authority to be the decision-maker in your life eliminates giving your power away. With the auric field being six seconds ahead, why would we not use this information to make decisions? When we attune to the body's consciousness, we can become aware of our experiences. We can witness our lives in a new way, and we can trust the decisions made with the assistance of the auric field. When we are in the "zone" or "in the flow", we are in the quantum awareness and we operate from a broadband awareness versus a narrowband of fearful focus. Much more effective decisions will be made when we trust the auric field and when this happens, the body is able to relax and be in the flow.
