Recruiter is on Purpose

Are you getting up in the morning and motivated by your purpose, or are you getting up in the morning and dragging your ass through life? Purpose can guide our life decisions, influence our behavior, shape our goals, provide us with a sense of direction, and create meaning. For most people, that meaning comes through our work, what we do in this world, how we produce, how we reproduce, how we interact, and how we create a transformative process for ourselves and others. Your purpose is built right into your design. It is attempting every day, all day long, to provide you with a sense of meaning. It is about being able to clear and declutter the mind so that in every single role that you do, you can recognize that level of purpose that is within there. 

First, I want to talk to you about this particular chart. This man is a recruiter and he is perfectly positioned for that role. Is this the only job that he could ever do? No. It's about recognizing, seeing, and extrapolating the energy out of here so that you, him, and everyone else can begin to recognize that is one level of your purpose. There are so many possibilities. The potential for the expression of this particular design is endless. However, for him, it has to be responding to those possibilities and the potential of a different expression in a different role. 

Today, I'm walking you through why he is successful, why he has satisfaction in his role, and why he is perfectly positioned to be a recruiter. The 16th gate is not activated in his chart. His whole life work theme is about service and that service is helping other people get seen and heard. He provides a profound fuel so that people can get recognized through his work. 

Work is so important to him. His entire life story is about his work and being defined by his work. Having a role that is prominent in his life, something that he's doing, something that he is working on day in and day out, that's so important to him and his life work theme. Why is the 16 so important? Again, here we have his life work theme all in the logical stream similar to the line cook that we looked at last week. The 16 for him - he is designed to help those natural talents get called out, get seen, and get recognized by the management team. Once that management team recognizes that talent, then that talent can stand and be a role model, be an expression of their skills and their enthusiasm. He is designed to be a recruiter. The beautiful part is that he coordinates that whole entire thing based on purpose. 

As a leader in his field, he's in the correct position for his design. Are there other things that he can do in life? Yes. However, once we recognize the purpose that we are fulfilling in every single experience that we're having in our lives, then we can enhance it, we can up-level it if necessary, and we can begin to respond to different possibilities and potentials. Now he can recognize that this recruiter role is healthy for him. It's creating wealth, giving him a purpose, and his purpose is being fulfilled through that particular job. The possibilities and the potential for different roles to show up for him are available. 

However, when we can begin to recognize that where we are right now, we are fulfilling our purpose, and then build on that. For this particular being, it's about responding to the next situation where he can bring out this frequency and allow for that purpose to shine through. He's a leader in any of the aspects that he chooses through that response and engaging and following his gut. That's how his purpose is going to show up.
