Here are a few places that may help you out.

1. The statistics office of your country, province, or state may have this information. As long as the doctors, nurses, midwives, etc. documented it on your chart.

2. If your parents kept a baby book it may have been written in there. I have seen the time recorded on newspaper clippings from the day of birth, and I have seen the birth announcement that was placed in the baby book. This might be an option.

3. And if both of those avenues fail, you can use a service like the one I am including here. He does birthtime rectifications by email.
