I have heard this over the years for clients and my answer is always this...
Human Design is not here to tell, it is here to be experimented with!
The skills in the HD System are innate skills. There is no guarantee that you already have these skills however, the skill will feel natural for you if it is activated. If the skill is not activated, you may learn these skills but they are not as natural to you...this is not to say you are not good at the skill...it just may take more time to learn than someone with the skill activated in the design.
